As the name suggests, procedural office actions are refusals issued by the USPTO Examiner indicating that the trademark application fails to provide required information, contains errors or contains incorrect or incomplete information, fails  errors. 

 

Disclaimer requests, and requests for additional information or statements are common types of procedural office actions.

 

We review the office action and prepare the required response providing all requested information.
