9 and 10, and
Every 10 years thereafter.
Failure to timely file your renewal documents will result in your trademark being cancelled and your protections lost. A cancelled trademark, even if it's unintentional, frees that mark for registration by someone else who wishes to register the same mark or something confusingly similar for the same or related products/services.
